1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Virexa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Service Description

Virexa is a TikTok analytics platform that provides the following features based on your subscription plan:

  • Free Plan: Basic TikTok dashboard with video performance data and limited daily data fetching.
  • Premium Plan ($9/month): Deep analytics with charts, CSV/Excel export, and increased daily fetch limit.
  • Pro Plan ($19/month): All Premium features plus Google Sheets/Drive sync, unlimited fetching, AI-powered insights, AI Content Inspiration, Creator Media Kit PDF generator, and priority support.

The service depends on TikTok API and Google API availability and may be affected by changes to those platforms.

3. Account Authorization

3.1 TikTok Authorization

Virexa accesses your TikTok data only after explicit OAuth authorization. You may revoke access at any time via TikTok account settings.

3.2 Google Authorization (Pro Plan)

Pro plan users may optionally connect their Google account to enable Google Sheets and Google Drive integration. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Virexa to:

  • Create and update a Google Sheets spreadsheet with your TikTok analytics data.
  • Upload video thumbnail images to a Google Drive folder named "Virexa Media" that Virexa creates.

Virexa only accesses files it creates. You may revoke Google access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Paid plans (Premium and Pro) are billed monthly via PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable recurring charge.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Virexa reserves the right to change pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Daily data fetch limits are enforced per plan. Exceeding free or Premium limits requires upgrading your subscription.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Virexa, you agree to:

  • Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Comply with Google's Terms of Service when using Google integrations.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse Virexa's systems.
  • Not share your account credentials or subscription access with others.
  • Not use AI-generated insights or content ideas in a manner that violates any applicable laws or platform policies.

6. AI-Generated Content

Virexa uses Google Generative AI (Gemini) to produce analytics insights and content inspiration recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Virexa does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, interface design, and original content of Virexa are owned by Virexa. TikTok trademarks remain the property of TikTok. Google trademarks remain the property of Google. Your TikTok content and data remain yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Virexa is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for:

  • TikTok or Google API outages or changes.
  • TikTok account restrictions or bans.
  • Data inaccuracies caused by third-party API limitations.
  • Loss of data in your Google Sheets or Drive due to external factors.
  • Decisions made based on AI-generated insights or recommendations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected. Users may stop using the service and cancel their subscription at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
