How often is my TikTok data updated?
If you are on the Basic Plan, you can manually fetch your latest data 1 time per day using the "Fetch Analytics" button. For Pro Plan users, your data is automatically synced securely every 24 hours without you having to do anything, plus you have unlimited manual fetches.
Is it safe to connect my TikTok account?
Yes, absolutely! Virexa uses TikTok's official secure OAuth Login API. We do not have access to your password, private messages, or the ability to post on your behalf. We only request permission to "Read" your public video statistics. You can disconnect your account at any time in the Settings tab.
Why can't I see my audience demographics?
TikTok restricts audience demographics (Age, Gender, Location) to protect user privacy. Currently, this data is only available via the TikTok Creator Marketplace API, which we are working to integrate exclusively for our Pro Plan users in the near future.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings -> Billing & Plan and clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button. You will retain access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
